Start slowly—but make it count. Don't overdo it your workouts, aim to keep your heart rate between 65 and 85 percent of your maximum beats-per-minute—that's a clever way to maximize your workout without killing yourself.

For the holidays I will take 45 minute walks 4 times a week - I am also not drinking alcohol everynight just at parties and with that I am giving myself a 2 drink maximum and I signed up for a 5k marathon so once we ring in the new year I will be train mode so this holiday season I will be stay fit and those easytones will be needed!

Dont Overindulge, always choose the healthier snacks at a party, and exercise & take walks 3 times atleast per week :) Enjoy the Holidays :)

i walk for 30min everyday..i eat 3 times a day.try to always use a small plate so that i dont fill full when i look at a big plate..

1. Tape all those Karlie Kloss Vogue Pictures on my kitchen walls
2. Organize my fitness dvds and make an effort to work out 3x a week
3. On weekends go for 30 minute walks
4. Stop eating when I fill full
4. Drink only at parties!
5. Refrain from buying drinks
